EnergyTeam - Pay Off

Energy 4

Energy 4In 2005, Jelle Leenknegt, Joachim Naessens and Kenneth Van Gheluwe jumped in the project. Instead of further optimalizing Energy 3, they chose to build a new car. With their Energy 4, they wanted to improve the team record.

During the Shell Eco Marathon at Rockingham Speedway in the UK, they established with their newly developed car a traveled distance of 1367 km (854 mi) with one liter of diesel. This is still the Belgian diesel record!
